What will the sales tax on my order be?

Can my order be delivered to a P.O. Box?

We can only ship to valid street addresses located in the United States. In addition, orders cannot be shipped to a foreign address, A.P.O, or F.P.O. If you have entered a P.O. What shipping method will be used to ship my order?

In rare cases, our suppliers may have shipping contracts with other shipping companies, in which case, these other trusted shipping services may be utilized. Other possible shipping companies include Federal Express, Airborne, etc. All items will ship from the warehouse in 2-5 business days.

What will the shipping charges be for my order?

The cost to ship your order depends on a combination of multiple factors, including the merchandise weight and the distance, which the package will have to travel. You will be provided with a personalized shipping cost after selecting your items and inputting your delivery address, prior to the completion of your order.

Can I track orders shipped to me from Hunting, Shooting Camping Supplies?

For all orders shipped via UPS, when your order is shipped from one of our nationwide warehouses, you will receive an email providing the UPS tracking information for that order. You can also access the tracking information for all of your orders through the “My Account” section of our website. Using the provided shipment tracking information, you may track purchases via the UPS website.

What is your Return Policy?

Most items purchased from Hunting Shooting Camping Supplies may be returned if they are in new condition with all of the original packaging and documentation included. Please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date of an item to inquire about returning an item, as items can not be returned after 10 days. All items must be returned shipping pre-paid and restocking fees will apply to returned items.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

Merchandise purchased from Hunting Shooting Camping Supplies that is defective can be returned for a new item. Contact us within 10 days of receiving a defective item to obtain shipping information and information about receiving a replacement item.

If your item purchased from Hunting Shooting Camping Supplies appears damaged do not accept delivery of the item and contact us immediately. If an order appears damaged after you have accepted delivery from the carrier, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number.
