Hunting, Shooting, Camping Supplies uses UPS to ship most orders. If an item is in stock, it will generally be shipped on the next business day following the date that the order was placed. For an additional delivery charge of $6.00, orders placed before 10:00 Central Standard Time will ship same day.

Upon check out you will have the option to select either UPS or the United States Postal Service as your carrier. Please select UPS if you wish to be provided with a tracking number for your shipment.

Please note that Hunting, Shooting, Camping Supplies is unable to ship merchandise to a P.O. Box. We require a valid U.S. Address for all shipments placed with our store.

Return / Exchange Policy

If you wish to return an item purchased from Hunting, Shooting, Camping Supplies please retain the original invoice and packaging for the item. Please contact us promptly, within 10 days, if you wish to return or exchange any item to receive detailed return instructions. If an item you received from Hunting, Shooting, Camping Supplies is defective, please contact us for information on obtaining a replacement item.

Merchandise purchased by credit card, will be refunded by a credit to that card.

Hunting, Shooting, Camping Supplies accepts returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

Items must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip / invoice.
All items should be in new condition with original packaging.
Returns / Exchanges should be returned within 30 days.

Please note the following fees are associated with all returns or exchanges with the exception of defective merchandise.

A 15% restocking fee ($3.00 Minimum) will be charged on all items that are returned for a refund.
All items returned for exchange will be charged a $10.00 exchange fee and shipping charges.
Returns and exchanges must be returned postage paid.

Taxes

We charge a 6.75% sales tax for all orders made from within the state of Texas, for all other orders placed on discount merchandise from Hunting, Shooting, Camping Supplies, we do not charge sales tax.

Back Ordered Items

Please do not order back ordered items unless you are able to wait for restock. If an item in your order is back ordered after the order is placed, you will be notified via email, at which time you will have the option to wait for the item to be restocked or cancel the order for a refund. You can check the status of back ordered merchandise by logging into the “My Account” Section of our website.

Warranties

All warranties, expressed or implied, on any of the products sold by Hunting, Shooting, Camping Supplies are the sole responsibility of the product manufacturers.
