What will the sales tax on my order be?
Hunting, Shooting, Camping Supplies, only charges a
sales tax on orders delivered within the state of
Texas. These orders will be charged a sales tax of
6.75%. For all other orders placed in the United
States, there will be no tax charged.
Which payment methods are accepted by Hunting,
Shooting, Camping Supplies?
Hunting, Shooting, Camping Supplies accepts payment
by money order, cashier’s check, or credit card,
including Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express.
We are unable to accept orders placed on P.O.
(Purchase Orders), C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery), or
credit lines. All merchandise purchased from
Hunting, Shooting, Camping Supplies must be paid for
in full at the time of the order.
Can my order be delivered to a P.O. Box?
In an effort to reduce fraudulent orders, Hunting,
Shooting Camping Supplies cannot ship our discount
merchandise to a P.O. Box. We can only ship to valid
street addresses located in the United States. In
addition, orders cannot be shipped to a foreign
address, A.P.O, or F.P.O. If you have entered a P.O.
Box as the shipping address for your order, you will
receive an error message and cannot process the
order without entering a street address.
What shipping method will be used to ship my order?
Hunting, Shooting, Camping Supplies uses primarily
UPS to ship orders to customers as the company
offers convenient tracking software and package
insurance. In rare cases, our suppliers may have
shipping contracts with other shipping companies, in
which case, these other trusted shipping services
may be utilized. Other possible shipping companies
include Federal Express, Airborne, etc. All items
will ship from the warehouse in 2-5 business days.
What will the shipping charges be for my order?
The cost to ship your order depends on a combination
of multiple factors, including the merchandise
weight and the distance, which the package will have
to travel. You will be provided with a personalized
shipping cost after selecting your items and
inputting your delivery address, prior to the
completion of your order.
Can I track orders shipped to me from Hunting,
Shooting Camping Supplies?
For all orders shipped via UPS, when your order is
shipped from one of our nationwide warehouses, you
will receive an email providing the UPS tracking
information for that order. You can also access the
tracking information for all of your orders through
the “My Account” section of our website. Using the
provided shipment tracking information, you may
track purchases via the UPS website.
What is your Return Policy?
Most items purchased from Hunting, Shooting, Camping
Supplies may be returned if they are in new
condition with all of the original packaging and
documentation included. Please contact us within 10
days of the delivery date of an item to inquire
about returning an item, as items can not be
returned after 10 days. All items must be returned
shipping pre-paid and restocking fees will apply to
returned items.
What do I do if I receive a damaged item?
Merchandise purchased from Hunting, Shooting,
Camping Supplies that is defective can be returned
for a new item. Contact us within 10 days of
receiving a defective item to obtain shipping
information and information about receiving a
replacement item.
If your item purchased from Hunting, Shooting,
Camping Supplies appears damaged do not accept
delivery of the item and contact us immediately. If
an order appears damaged after you have accepted
delivery from the carrier, please contact us for a
Return Authorization Number.
Does any of the discount merchandise sold at
Hunting, Shooting, Camping Supplies come with a
warranty?
All warranties on any of our new hunting, shooting,
or camping supplies are the sole responsibility of
the product’s manufacturer. Please consult the
